Can you write review on any software?
The answer is obviously no. Software Judge has a list of software and games posted on the site. You can check the categories to find the software or games that you already tried and write review on them.
Software Judge set their payout pretty high. You have to earn at least USD 200 to qualify for payment. Once you have reached the payout level, you can request for payment to send to you. They only use Western Union to send payment to members. However, if you get USD 20 of accumulated earning on your account, you can use the earning to purchase products in Software Judge. Only downloadable products (software and games) can be purchased using your earning.
