Buildings and properties on T-points have always raised questions and doubts in the minds of property dealers, builders and buyers. Most often we do hear about negative energy found in such buildings. Since there have been reiterated mentions of such beliefs and assumptions prevailing before, we need to properly know and understand them.
It is supposed that it’s not comfortable to live in a house that is located at T-junction. They are generally said to be ill-fated and are considered road spears. A road that runs into the face of a plot/house is known as a T-point. Any such road running straight into the face of a house is believed to be a bad omen. Not all T-junction locations are bad and inauspicious. They are to be judged on the bases of their location in a particular direction. T-points on the side of a plot can be considered by determining the right direction. For instance, a plot having T-point on the two sides is never recommended and is said to be bad for occupant’s health, fortune and relationships.

Interestingly in the USA a film titled Last House on Dead End Street (1977) was based on the real life experience of residents of such a house. All said and done, such locations are comfortable for living. Abide by the instructions and flourish; that’s living with architecture.
