Benefits of Hot Power Vinyasa Yoga
Hot yoga is a much more intense version of the Eastern practice. The room temperature ranges between 95-100 degrees Fahrenheit. It is like going into a large room-sized sauna. It is a science getting the room to optimal temperature and humidity to achieve maximum health and flexibility benefits. You can actually spell the heat and you instantly know this is truly going to be an amazing experience. After taking the first pose and then working my body through 90 minutes of a flowing series of yoga positions I felt many sensations coursing through my body and immediately knew I accomplished something great and could do anything I set out to do.
Hot yoga provides many benefits, both physical and psychological as well as spiritual. The heated temperatures help the body to sweat while exercising, thereby ridding the body of harmful toxins and improves T-cell functioning which improves the immune system. This hot temperature also helps to loosen up your joints, improve flexibility, and your body’s tissue start to soften and your nervous system starts to relax.

The Medical travel has seen a parallel growth in the recent years. Once upon a time it used to be just for some costly cosmetic surgeries. But the current health care crisis and growing number of UN insured people have contributed to its ever increasing popularity.

Statistically, children laugh between 300 and 400 times a day, as compared with adults who laugh 15 – 17 times a day.

Inner peace with a spiritual growth class
If you are like me, you have begun your search for inner peace with a spiritual growth class. My first one was at the Gita School of Yoga in Melbourne in 1963. It was called a yoga philosophy class and seemed pretty way out back then. I was 21 and looking for some answers, finding my purpose and path in life, other than as a young married with a baby. We studied Fourteen Lessons in Yogi Philosophy and Oriental Occultism for a long time and it seemed very foreign to me at the time

No Need to Be Dazed and Confused
I talk to people all day long about health issues….their high blood pressure, their high stress level, their high cholesterol, and their pains — in pretty much every place they have a place. I notice one common thread among various types of people who don’t even know each other: None of them eat in balance or have a regular exercise program. Now, the two operative words in the previous sentence are “balance” and “regular”.
